i liked the room, it offered a venice experience. the staff was helpful and very friendly. i found the location great with easy access to attractions.

great location helpful staff short walk
I loved the hotel's location! All the sights are just a short walk. Breakfast was great! The staff was very helpful, a big plus.
The stairs were terrible. Carrying luggage up was really hard, so pack light!

I LOVED the hotel's central location, it was SO convenient for exploring. The room was clean and the vintage decor REALLY added to the experience. The staff were friendly and provided detailed instructions for getting to the hotel.
The bathroom was VERY small. it was challenging to move around comfortably.

the location was great, close to main attractions. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, a very good start to the day. i appreciated the staff's assistance with luggage, since there is no elevator.
the shower was quite small, making movement a little difficult.

charming stay near rialto
convenient location helpful staff clean room
i found the location convenient. it was a short walk to the rialto vaporetto station and st mark's square. the staff were helpful and friendly (which is always a plus!). the room and hotel were very clean and tidy.
the old building is charming, but i noticed some maintenance issues. for example, the bedside table in the room wasn't securely attached to the wall, it felt a little unstable.

The location is superb. I appreciated the quick access to major sites. Breakfast offered ample choices and the setting was lovely. The staff displayed a relaxed yet professional attitude. I felt well taken care of. I found iconic architectural charms only steps from the hotel.
The absence of an elevator posed some challenges with luggage, especially given the steep steps to higher floors.
